Help Desk & Application Support
With Help Desk you have access to MacSERV's live, Philadelphia-based support team. You don't have to waste valuable, deadline-driven time troubleshooting your own technology. You don't have to make multiple calls to several (finger-pointing) hardware and software vendors, or wonder if you're making the best purchasing decision. You call us, we partner with you to resolve the issue, and you return to focusing on your job. Questions are not limited to Apple hardware or software. We will answer all of your technology questions... third-party software, purchasing, troubleshooting, the Internet, email and more. Some companies charge extra for application support. We include it in every support package.
Daily Backup Monitoring & Maintenance
This service alone is worth the entire monthly fee. Think about how much time and money it will cost if you lose all your data and have no backup. Hard drive failures happen all the time, and backups are not fail-safe. Nothing hurts worse than attempting to retrieve from a backup only to discover the files were never backed up! With ManagedCARE Support your backup will be monitored and maintained. MacSERV will check your backup everyday and if a problem occurs, we'll fix it. Ongoing Diagnostics & Maintenance

Choosing our Premium ManagedCARE package relieves any stresses of paying for an on-site visit from a certified MacSERV technician! Gone are the worries of how much a support visit will cost, helping you budget your IT costs better. And although our service is designed to create a fixed-cost for the bulk of support fees, when unforeseen trouble does strike, our Basic ManagedCARE clients benefit from a reduced hourly rate of $140 per hour for additional work. The result is you can budget and plan accordingly for your technology management, you won't worry about how long it takes a technician to complete a job and you won't be surprised with unexpected support bills.
